Does anyone know if Flobridge is licensed in Oklahoma? I went to the Consumer Affairs website, and looked under "B List Lenders", and "Defered Depost Lender". I have 3 payday loans, and not one of the companies I have a PDL with is listed here. Before I pursue, I want to make sure my information is correct. Thank you for any assistance.

Got a call today saying I was being sued because I didn't pay a loan I borrowed but I told them I didnt receive any money.. the guy that said his name is steven Jones number 8183382220 told me I had to pay 800 hundred dollars today and fax a photo copy of my drivers license... is this legit or a scam,, Im really scared and dont wanna pay thousand of dollars if I have to go to court

I contacted the investigator for my claim against Eastside Lenders first she tells me they do have a license to make small loans but aren't payday loans and small loans two different things? Then I sent her a copy of NJ laws and she said when did yoou come down here to do the loan I told her it was done over the internet I sent her the bogus letter eastside sent dealing with their state laws and them saying I didn't get charged fees which is bull I sent her the emails and the correspondance of them saying the fees are. I am becoming frustrated with this eastside process what can I do?

if a collection agency issued a summons & complaint, and the debtor filed an answer and sent letters of validation to both collection agency and orginal debtor, regardless of the time passed from the original summons and complaint, if the debtor received a dismissal without prejudice is the debtor liable to be sued again by another collection agency over the same debt? thanks.

I have since 2002 lived in Connecticut. Incidentally, when rented an apartment in a rent-it became clear that the court was in 2006 with your company. In court I was not summoned, I did not take any credit and have no representation of what is at stake. The court was in New York. What are my steps that would clean credit history?

Hi All, I'm just reaching out to see if anyone has had any dealing's with Admin Recovery. Their attempting to collect on a debt for Rooms to Go. I can't seem to find much information about them. Also, I was wondering how I can go about checking to see if their licensed to collect in Louisiana. Below is a sample of their debt vierification, which I don't think is good enough.

I received a voicemail from a man calling himself Agent Williams, claiming that he had my "case" on his desk for a fraud investigation against me, and I needed to return the call ASAP, etc. This same person has now also called my husband and one of my friends (how this place got those phone numbers, I don't know). The voicemail they left for my friend was similar, except that they said they needed to take her "testimony" for the "case" against me. I know that none of that is legal, and the phone calls (especially to other people!) need to stop.

Can the court garnish my wages from my bank account and can this affect my wife?
