I currently have 7 payday loans that originated in Tennessee. I currently reside in Georgia, where payday loans are illegal. What can I do to resolve my debts and end begin the process of getting out of the payday loan cycle? Uncle Warbucks -1300 - Paid (1275) - Balance (1430) Speedy Cash -1100 Cash Net USA - 1500 Great Plains - 3000 - Paid (1592.14) - Balance (2815.13) Advance America - 460 Zoca Loans - 1000 - Paid (253.39) -Balance (879.90) Lend Up- 347 I am currently paying around $1500 in fees biweekly. It is getting impossible to pay my necessary bills.

I can't seem to get any clear info about this lender and if it is illegal in the State of Michigan. We have been paying them over a year now on a $3.500 "line of credit". We have paid above and beyond principal balance. We have contacted them to have ACH deductions revoked. I'm not sure what our next step with this company is since I'm not sure how they stand legally. Has anyone here dealt with them? Any input would be great. Thanks!

I want to settle my credit card debt with some collection agencies but I can not pay the full amount. I have read to wait until the agencies make you a settlement offer first. Should I wait? Because it seems like they are not going to give me an offer without me initiating it first? I also noticed that your website only has counter offer templates.
