the end of the month is approaching and my 4 payday loans payments are coming due. i am getting ready to grab my life back after months of being controlled by this monsters. though i have no one to blame but myself i'm tired of being without money each month. i took the first step and closed my checking acct. i'm getting ready to send letters to the two unlincensed pdls, which are one click cash _i took a $400.00 loan which i have paid $240.00 in refinance and speedycash - i took a$ 1400.00 in total and i've paid them a total of 1798.56 in payments. please advise me.

Is it possible to get a PFD (pay for delete) on credit cards that I had for over 5 years and only stopped making payments the last year due to financial difficulties? I read that ongoing accounts such as credit cards can not be deleted from credit reports.

Despite knowing better, I find myself in PDL "Hell" again! Due to various circumstances, I fell into the cycle of taking out one loan to pay another, etc. and now find myself with 9 (all internet) PDLs, which are going to take up all of my paycheck. I've seen some postings on here about contacting these lenders for illegal lending practices, but there is so much information I am kind of confused. Could someone out there sum this process up for me and what the possible ramifications of it would be?

Apparently I have defaulted on a payday loan thru Everesttloans who have turned me over to TRS in missouri They said I must pay thru a money gram of 328.00 or be taken to court for interest charges of 300, making it now 600+ I no longer have a checking account. They will not honor payments. Can they do this?/

Hi! I have one payday loan that I defaulted on, Think Cash. I am aware that they are backed by First Bank of Delaware. The collections group is Kauffman, Hines, and Associates. The orginal loan was for $300 and I know I paid a lot more than that before default. Fast forward to phone call (888-315-8365), said I am be charged with check fraud. Can they do that? He went by Investigator Steven? Would this be just a judgement or can they arrest me? He wanted 40% today at 345.48 and two more payments that would total 863.63. I just can't come up with that today by 2pm.
