Is Cash Supply licensed in AZ? Are the obligated to provide me with a Debt Validation letter even if the company calling claims to "not be a collection agency" and are "not obligated" to send?

My dad is going to purchase me a a house in south carolina. I already have a judgement on me and more debt... Can a credit card collector put a lien on the house if its in my name ? or is there some kind of statue of limitations ? thank you...:confused:

i have definetly become part of the payday loan cycle. I am now up to 5 of them, which is eating up most of my paycheck. I wanted to know if there are any debt relief or consolidation progrms that can help to pay them back easier?

I had a loan and of course things have become financially challenging for me. They agreed to payments (no set amount) which I've been going in and giving what I can. We are now down to last 80 dollars and they call me saying that I have to pay off, that the amounts I've been paying are unacceptable (they weren't when they took them). She threatened to send it to corporate. Any other time they call my cell phone, but today she calls my job. Of course I am not going to get into argument at work, but told her to do what she has to.

I was notified by a constable that she will be serving me with papers from Citibank. She did inform me it was about a CC debt. In doing some research I have read SEVERAL places to absolutely send in my answers within the 20-30 days or they will get an automatic judgement (and that is what they hope for) but..... I also read that I could POSSIBLY file for MOTION TO DISMISS due to no original contract attached or original amount incorrect and no paperwork to back it up. I am just beside myself on what to do. I can't afford a lawyer, single Mom just trying to make it and now this!!!!

I received two calls today at work from someone stating that he was calling from county process service letting me know that he had a summons "c-100", and that I have been cited to appear in court. He had an address from another city as to where to deliver it. He asked me to call legal at 1-888-618-6948 to correct the address as he was only responsible to deliver it. He gave me a case number and asked me to call within the next 30 minutes. I called our county clerk office and they have nothing on me. I live in TX.

I need some advise, I've sent letters to the illegal PDL's I've overpaid becuase I didn't know they were illegal until this site...thank goodness. But I recently took out a loan with Emeral marketing for 300.00. I haven't paid anything yet, closed my account before they took money out. My question is I took one out with them last year for 200.00 and paid back about 500.00. Could that overpayment cover this loan I just took out? I'll pay back what I borrowed but not their insane fee's. Any input is appreciated
