If I call a non profit solutions how wil lthis effect our credit? We have a personal Bank of America loan which we opened in 2007 to pay off a credit card and student loan and we took out more than we needed 45,000 since then we have 39,000 left and the loan is now lowered to 41,800. What is our options? My husband is in the military aand doesnt want anything to effect him.

I do not deny I owe this debt, but I asked them to show me where my payments to Mann Bracken were properly credited. They have not done that as of yet. My questions are: Do I need to respond to the Motion of Judgement, as it did not come from the court, just from the attorney.

I got a call from Us Attorney she say she left no. i called the phone no they say they are united services bureau arbritation from a cashnet usa loan they said they r sending me a summons to my address and they say they will try to put me on a hardship payment, but nevr agreed to the hardship pymt. they say because i owe over 1,000 its a felony, please advise
