Internet Based only: AmeriLoan Original $400 - paid $440 (Paid $200 down+$120 finance, then renewed twice on the $200 owed at $60 each time) CashNetUsa: Loan for $700: Due $836 (with fees) New loan and havent paid anything. CashCall-WesternSky: Oringinal loan for $1500 (only received $1000 after the service charge was deducted) I have paid about $620 I need to know which is legal and with CashCall is it legal in Texas?

I have nine loans which I defaulted on. Three of them I got paid in fulls on. One I am paying off the principle. The others are difficult. 500 Fast Cash, One Click and AMERILOAN are the worst. THey call continually my cell and home phone. I stopped anwering their calls. They won't respond to the BBB complaint. They say the information I have is from a template in the internent and is mis leading and does not warrant a response. I aslo stated to the BBB there they are located in Oklamoha and are not following Oklahoma law or Florida law.

I've heard that paying off charge offs won't make a difference to ur credit score. Most of my co are at lleast 5yrs old. I currently have 2 small credit cards and a car loan. Should I just keep making my payments on time with current debt and hope time will help or try to pay co as well? Thanks

I received a summons from WWR, and I am trying to determine who the attorney is. They signed the summons, "respectfully submitted" , One of Its Attorneys, Attorney for the Plaintiff. First of all, they listed the bank as being the plaintiff, and this is not true. WWR is the plaintiff. This is just one of many of the violations. Do you have to be a licensed attorney to represent? At the bottom of the summons, they just pout attorney ID, but that is not the license number. Can a law firm being licensed? And then, send an unlicensed attorney to court?

I got a call from a group named Titan a few weeks back they threatened to serve me papers at my job, said this was a courtesy call. When I told them to bring these papers to my home they said that it was to late and they would go to my work. They said the were calling on behalf of a PDL loan from cashnetusa. I know that I do owe them this money and I am perfectly willing to pay them back. however I just have doubts about Titan. I have read all the things people are going through with this company and I do not want to be paying them back anymore then what I owe.

11 years ago we were in SC and my husband bought a bedroom set, I did not like it, so we returned it got something else (didn't get another contract for the new one) just got the paperwork where we returned the other set. Never received a bill in all that time, now 11 years later we are getting a collection letter from a JDB, never made a payment, we have been living in VA for 10 years. What do we need to do?
