title loan to new installment loan

I have 2 payday loans out in Texas. One for 300 and have paide 700 in interest and fees through Advance America. The other is from Check n Go for 300 as well and have paid over 700 in fees and interest. They are both storefront loans. Thanks!

I am in the middle of payday loan hell and I need help. I have 9 internet payday loans out and they are absorbing my entire pays each month. I know I got myself into this mess. I talked to a gentleman named Del at Real Payday Help and I am a little scared about getting more involved with anything. I live in OH. The payday loans comapnies are 24/7 Green St., ChecknGo, Cashnetusa, iAdvantage, PaydayServices, fourseasons,Paydayone,Magnum Cash Advance, American Web Lending. Any ideas???? Anyone???

I am in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, and I am still making payments to my bank for my auto loan. Due to some bad weather lately, I did not get to work and did not have much money come in. Due to this, I am a little behind on my auto payments, but plan to make the payments soon. Will this cause my case to be dismissed, or do I just need to notify my loan officer and let him know what is going on? Thanks

This company calls my cell phone on a regular basis. The person that had my cell phone number before I did has bad credit and didn't pay her bills. It's been over 3 years since I got the cell number so I just don't answer any of their calls. It's not worth my trouble to call these losers back and have them remove my number from their list. Pathetic losers trying to collect $$$ that is very old debt.

my primary residencehere in arizona was short saled last july 2010. i had a 80/20 mortgage. i received a 1099 c from my first mortgage and a 1098 from my second mortgage,my questions are these...1. on my 1099c box no 5 was marked yes if borrower was personally liable for repaymentof the debt. when i asked them they don't know the answer and i was told to discuss it with my tax preparer...do i have to insist and ask for a correct 1099 since az is a non recourse state? 2.

Ive been reading this forum for over a year -- my first debt settlement happened today -- I settled with best buy hsbc for 40- percent. I know I could have done better but it was my first debt settlement and I was nervous. I feel really good about it. I saved $1100 from the balance. not to bad. I am glad -- I still have a lot more but this card was at 120 days. I will try home depot next.

Was anyone able to have the CC, specifically Bank of America or Chase, to delete negative information from credit report after settlement for less then full balance. I have read on the forum that it is possible, but have not seen anyone post that they have actually accomplished it. So, I am looking for first hand experience.

Hellpp, I have several online payday loans Payment Direct $200.00 they have taken $89.00 to date Northway Financial $515.00 they take $654.06 out the day the loan is due The Seven Group $250.00 loan to date I have paid $330.00 it was $75.00 each paydate today they deducted $30.00 Cash In A Wink $400.00 loan to date I have paid $480.00 $120.00 each paydate Now they all want the loan paid off?? I have paid more than that in fee's. I cannot find much on these lenders since I am a California resident
