I have. a judgement on my credit file and I its my dads that passed away. I called the place where it was from and was told that they did not do anything wrong. I told them they need to fix it and that it was for the wrong person. And they said they are not wrong. And was not helpful I did not even get court papers to show up to court. For it. So I was not served court papers .

I have 3 payday loans in Texas. All were received from storefronts. I have loans with e-Z Money for $925, Cash Advance for $622 and First Cash for $521. The original amounts of the loans are E-Z Money $925; Cash Advance, $700; and First Cash Advance, $700. I have paid e-Z Money $205; Cash Advance, $484; and First Cash, $750. Cash Advance is a CSO. I currently pay e-z Money $205 every two weeks, Cash Advance $123, First Cash Advance $118. Drowning in Texas. Help. I am interested in consolidating the loans into one monthly payment, if the fees and payment is not too high.

Hi, Im new here and not sure where to begin. I made the mistake of taking out 3 payday loans for $300 each. One has already gotten back $180 and the other two have gotten $90 each. I closed my bank account because I realized I won't be able to afford all these fees AND pay back the principal all at the same time. Hello, I am ready to break the vicious cycle I've gotten myself stupidly into. I've been reading over this site, looked at the actual Nevada laws and read advice given to others in my situation. Below, I've listed my current payday loans. All are current, but I want to stop paying out more than half of my monthly income on interest. I plan to close my current bank account, open another to accept my direct deposit paycheck and work mainly in cash for a very long time.

my husband has a hospital bill from 2002 Past employer should have paid ( he had Ins. through them) We called the old employer about the problem- we went back and forth with this . Today when my husband tried to use our debit card it was declined. he went to the bank and he we told that the account was on hold and to call a number I called the # said that we were never served papers for this and she said that this court date was Oct, 2003- Can this all be done? I received a collection call from someone identifying themselves as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage today - then they stated the mini miranda in the voicemail they left. They identified they were calling for me and my wife in the voicemail. I work as a loss mitigation professional and recognized this as a violation. Am I right? Can I sue?

I also placed two stop payments with my bank for the ACH. Then United Cash emailed back to say "Your current balance is $650.00. Your next due date is 2011-03-04 for $150.00.
