I would like to open an account.

I dont know what to do, i have 3 credit cards and 1 personal loan, and a phone bill, totaling at $22576.00 i work 50 hours a week, pay as much as i possibly can towards it and im just not getting ahead, loan consolidation people dont want anything to do with me because im behind on all my payments, i have a mass stress level at the moment, and i dont even have anything to show for all the money, guess ive just wasted it. got a letter in the mail by debt collectors last week. i have nothing and no money! :(

How can I sue MRS Associates for calling my new home on a new # I got less than 2 years ago, asking for an ex wife of about eight (8) years? We had no personal or joint debts I called back to speak with so called supervisor/manager who said "I was born here" a derogatory remark about my accent/race/ethnicity/nationality.

I received a phone call today from someone who said they were an attorney. They said that we took out a payday loan and never paid it back and now we are going to be "served" to appear in court and her personal investigators will be at our door on Wednesday. HOWEVER, we have not taken any payday loans. She was talking very fast and was very argumentative. She said they represented Instacash??? She had all my husband's personal information - ss#, place of employment, and bank name. I have no idea what she is talking about and she was very vague.

I just got a call from some guy with a heavy thick indian accent. He claims that I have an unpaid pay day loan and that they are serving me with papers for a court date. They are out of California, I live in Connecticut. I had a loan about 7 years ago and swear I paid it. I don't have any paperwork anymore it's been so long, and they won't send me anything or give me their address. What do I do? Can they sue me for real?

National Action Financial Services called my home looking for my aunt. My telephone number is in MY name not my aunts. How do they know that she is my aunt? How did they get my telephone number? If they are looking for my aunt, why are they calling my house? It isn't legal for them to contact relatives if that relative did not give them the contact information. Do not give them any information!!!! Report them to BBB and the Sttorney General's Office ASAP!!!

Does anybody know what the difference is between transunionics.com and their "branded" site truecredit.com? If someone has experience using both, I'd like to hear your opinions.
