Hi All, I am so thankful I have found this website!! I am just getting started trying to straighten out the PDl fiasco I have gotten myself into and have found some helpful information here, but I am unsure of exactly where to start. I live in Florida and have six online pdl's and one storefront pdl. I know the storefront pdl I have is legal and it is the least of my worries as their fees are not as extreme so I will work with them through Florida law.

:confused: My cap1 account has been with a c/a for the past 3 months.....now it has been returned back to the original creditor(cap1). They still won't budge in negotiating! All they have offered is a 150.00 minium payment,same int rate as before and all the penalties and int rate build up to be applied to principle. Payments to be made thru auto draft and nothing in writing until I start the program.(what program?) Also they won't me to go with this asap or the account will be sent to another office. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I should do?This is the same as before(no deal)
