my credit has taken a downturn but then i have been trapped by the payday loans i would like to get a $2500.00 loan to pay off the payday loans and get back on track. i need to know companies that are available for this

I posted this morning under this same subject..recieved one reply...I am in the state of arkansas...and at this point scared stiff...I cannot locate this phone number through the BBB in the state they say they are operating in, which is California...the business name given to me is USCASH but cannot find that other than a company that is a worldwide realesate agency in that state. I cannot get an email address either..and can barely understand them..they have very heavy accents...I really hope you can help me here....

I have a payday loan, that was not paid due to a bank problem and the bank rejected payment. I was getting third party charges, in various amounts and not just payment debits, so my bank stopped this one by mistake, not knowing it was a loan payment. Now I am being severly threatened, and cannot get a copy of the loan contract, nor can I get a business name or contact. they want payment in full this morning or sending me to jail and incurruing charges of over 8 thousand dollars on a two hundred dollar loan, what can i do?

Flash loans is offering to give me a refund on all interest paid on my loans($782). They said they will refund this to my bank account. I have already closed my account and sent out all the letters. Flash loans was very quick to offer the refund but they just want to refund my old account. I explain that is not going to happen that they will have to send the refund via money order.

I can't believe i actually talked to someone at starprocessing and I am so angry that I "told-them-off". I told her HOW DARE THEY deposit money into my checking acct without authorization. That I NEVER contacted them for a loan and now my checking acct is all screwed. I am out of work and collecting unemployment insurance. My check just came in but because of Starprocessing now taking money OUT of my acct. I"m left with no money to get by on. This is unexceptable. I also informed my bank about them but they can't help me.

My credit went bad nearly seven years ago. Does credit items get removed after seven years?

Does anyone know who owns this fax number? It is 201-256-2222. On my caller ID, it first showed up as a fax from an "Unknown Caller", I blocked unknown callers. Now it's coming in as a fax number from Closter, New Jersey. They call me about 36 - 40 times a day and even after 12 midnight. I believe it is a debt collection company harassing me but not sure. Any help from anyone will be appreciated.

After much help from reading around on this board. I can officially say I'm out of illegal pay day lender hell. I finally got a collection agency to finally take $150 for a $350 account. After I had informed them they had broken many pay day loan laws in my state. I got a letter explaining my debt was paid in the mail none the less. That I am relieved of all further obligation to this debt. Thank you to you guys for being so helpful to me.
