I don't know where to get help with my bills

Is this company still in business? Their website "www.ramsna.com" is no longer up. Their phone numbers are screwy too! We think we have been scammed by them and my husband paid them money!

How to get a debt consolidation company to stop calling when the debt is already paid off?

When in default can the company tell you what to pay? And if you send payments to them and its not the amount they said they want can they still request a wage garnishment?

I took out a $250 PDL with Ameriloan in August of 2010, I live in Utah,. I have paid 3 payments of $75 each. So in total i have paid them $225. I have missed the last 2 payments, and now my balance with them is $490. How should I go about tackling that $490 balance? Am I legally obligated to pay them that much? That is 2 times the original PDL and I have already paid them $225. Any information on what I should do would be great! Thank you very much!

Okay ... do they really have any kind of legal rights...or are they just using scare tactics? My daughter has got herself into a mess with one of these companies .. now they are saying they will take her to court for the money. She was receiving SSI payments at the time of the payday loan ... now these SSI payments have been cut because she married. What legal rights do store front payday loan companies have in KY? Please help me...I'm new ...but I can see there are a lot of great people on here helping others... Thanks!!!

I have two pay day loans one with MyCashTime for 134.00 and one with Payday 1 for 980.00. I am looking into some debt assistance with them but all the places I have talked to are telling me to just close out my account and open a new one. With the two outstanding ACH from these companies is that legal?

i will give a brief rundown of my current situation. first off, i had a good job and ran up a small amount of cc debt. i ended up losing that job, and was unable to make my monthly payments, and made no payments on these accounts for the last 1.5 years. there are 4 cc accounts that i had, and all 4 im assuming have been charged off by now. i have been recieving letters from 4 different collection agencies in reference to these 4 cc accounts. all 4 letters mention within the letter to call them about a possible settlement. here i will list the cc and the approx current balance 1.

I have received notice of an arbitration for a debt that is supposedly owed to CACH. I have no idea the amount and I filed papers a year or more ago asking for more proof but nothing and now have received this notice of arbitration. I cannot find the attorney nor do I get any response from them nor any information on CACH, Inc.
