This is my first time dealing with CMG. I wanted to know do they send payment reminders. My payment is due 1/14/11 and I haven't seen a reminder or I am just missing it. The contact number I have is 1-866-516-9300 ext 206. This ext belongs to a young lady, her name is something like Sha.......

I receive a phone call at least once a day from this company. When I answer the phone, no one is there. I say "hello" at least 5 times - no response. I then call back and have been on hold as long as 42 minutes. This is so annoying. They seem to call everyday between 1pm and 3pm every day.

What are those and where do I find them?

Hi all. I sent Port.Recov. Associates a debt validation, they got back to me. the amount is almost 3000. Should I call to negotiate, or get with a debt company to help me with this? I am nervous to call them and then they will want full amount...today.

Please help!! I was contacted several weeks ago by Regent Asset Management DBA Imperial recovery Partners. They were very rude on the phone and immeadiately began to threaten to take me to court if I did not begin making payments. At the time I was trying to clean up my credit so that I may purchase a house so I didn't think twice about making payments. I had a recent credit report showing the debt they were refering to had already been charged off. Now that they have already collected approx $500 from me I am finding all this stuff out about them. Do I really need to keep paying them?

Anyone heard of them?Phone Numbers are:585-645-0063,855-229-8030.Fortunately,i let calls go to voicemail,but they,re harassing me on payday loans from 3 years ago after not hearing from anyone for 2 years!Also i was in another state(Hawaii)when it happened(debt)Also did a search of this site and Google and didn,t find a thing on them,other CA,s that bothered me showed on this site and Google immediately.As tough as Hawaii laws on pdl ca,s are i read that New York laws especially New York City where i live are even stricter against them can anyone also veriffy if that,s true?

:sad:I JUST RECIEVED a letter from superior court saying i have a judgement against me that was for 25.00 back in 3/16/10.i dont know from whom but this company is behind it.what to do????i am tired of people trying to take what i dont have and noe the interst is up to $343.25,i think they are volchers.:(

I got a email back from SPOTONLOANS saying they were marking my account settled. Is that acceptable? I called an attorney regarding these loans. I will be speaking with him in the next few days. I will be interested in what he says. Three of the loans, AMERILOAN, ONECLICK and 500 FC say on my account can only speak with compliance department. Anyone know what that means? Eastside is a pain I reported them FTC and BBB so far. They said I could pay the prinicpal balance but I said I already did. They are apain! thanks
