When some student get a loan, how they can pay that loan. I mean, what are the methods they have to pay?

I just got 2 recordings from these guys. I know it's a scam. If you can just stay on the phone and burn up as much time of theirs as you can give them wrong CC #s Names etc. Then at the end laugh at them. Whatever you do do NOT give these people any of your financial info. If you think you owe it make them send a bill and don't give them your mailing address as they should have it tif their trying to collect a debt. Even then I would be very careful.

Help Please!!! I need some advice. My husband was injured at work and was not being paid. With my income I applied for a payday loan. Now, i find myself borrowing from one to pay another and i can't get caught up. Where should I start? I Live in New York. Some of the companies I have loans with are SureAdvance.com, MyNextPaycheck.com, Nationwidecash.com and CCS Services. Is this legal? Where should I start?

HELP!!!! I have fallen into the evil web of payday loans. My husband was injured at work and we were short on funds. So with my income I applied for Pay Day Loans. I found myself borrowing on one to pay another and now I can't get out. The fees are killing me! I could really use some advice. I don't even know where to start. Has anyone had any success settling an account with Nordstroms Bank. I have a Visa with $8,900.00 and we have just had our pay cut at my work for 12% and can no longer make the payments. I settled two B of A cards ealier this year. This is the last account I have and have used it for living expenses, since my paycheck was cut. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

My bank account was levied last week for 25% of the balance, I didn't get the notice until Friday and my bank was closed. I talked to them today...got the information that it was Midland.Called them....found out it was for a credit card from 2000. Can they do this after all this time?(I'm not even certain it's mine,it doesn't show up on my credit report.) The man I spoke with was unhelpful in everyway,said that they will continue to take it until the debt is paid.

Alliance One keeps calling my parents house looking for me so I sucked it up and called them back planning on settling a debt I owed. I called and kept asking for a letter in writing. They said they sent it (I never received it) and then said they would not send me another without first settling on an amount. I said I would consider that but I only had $xxxx.xx amount that would take a few days to gather.

I have been to see the attorney to file my chapter 13 and is waiting for an appointment to set up the date in which to file the petition. I received a call today from my car company that they have submitted a letter to have the car repossessed (although the letter has not been approved). Since I am awaiting for my lawyer's appointment, I told them that they would have to contact the lawyer to get the case number. They told me that it doesn't matter because if I do not have a case number, they will repossessed the car.
