Ok so my friend has an issue and no it is not me....as I am PDL Free :D Here is the scenario. She took out a loan with PayDayOne for $500. We are in Wisconsin. I WISH she would have talked to me first. Oh well...I can still help. She took out the loan on the 15th of December. She planned to pay it off in two separate payments, as to not have interest accumulate. (Smart Plan nonetheless). Well she was unable to make online changes, and they asked her to call.

They only settled one account and then the court summon hit. They are very good in False Representation and make you believe that they deal with your creditors. . They get all there money and didn???t get the services. Be careful I could done it by myself and possible spent less money. [/COLOR]

I brought this thread over from the other forum, this is my topic that requested. Shazzers was kind enough to give me advice. Now I'm scared out of my mind. I've defaulted on some of my online payday loans and now my accounts have been taken to I-Collect and to National Credit Adjustors. I called the online payday loan companies if they had any information in regards to this matter, they told me it's out of their hands and now I have to notify them. I've notified NCA and they told me that my account is now taken over by Lombardo, Davis, and Goldman.

I have gotten a loan from this company in 2008 and have paid back $480.00 already and they say I owe $1000.00 more for a $200 loan they have a company calling me threatening me that they are trying to serve a summons and that no one has been home for the last 3 days which my wife is home all the time. They now say they are going to my employer. What can I do I think this is spam and not leagal

How are funds deposited into acct w/o my ok?

I currently have 4 legal installment loans and 3 illegal (I think - please advise if you know differently) payday loans. None are in default - yet. I would like to cease ach debits for the illegal ones and continue to pay the legal ones in good faith without going to a payment plan. (I just found out on this site the payday loans I have may be illegal) Can I do this without closing my account?

I have been threatend with an arrest warrant b/c I did not return a rental car to the agreed location. I have told them where the car is, its half way across the country, safe, at an airport, they are threatening with an arrest warrant. is it legal for them to do this? what can I do? I live in SC. I have told them to just bill me. I wanted to pay them to go get it.
