so ive been dealing with srs and associates since late august. mr andrews and a few other people have been calling me, refusing to validate the debt or give me an address to which i can send a request for validation. they didnt flat-out refuse, more just kinda danced around the question. im not even sure from where the payday loan came from or how much it was. i did find an address for srs and mailed a certified letter but it was returned to me as "undeliverable". so after a few conversations with these people i just started ignoring their calls.

What is Ca Holding inc. Is it a collection agency or a loan business. I have never heard of them. I think someone stole my identity.

Can or does allied collect back taxes for the state of california? I have twice had them collect back taxes from me at $50.00 a month. I paid over $300.00 before they refused and returned my last money order. I always thought the state collects back taxes by whatever means they can legally...holding refunds,garnashments etc. Did get scammed out of my money by allied? Ed

When I was 18 I met and elloped with a man that turned out to be a nightmare. During our marriage we always had to open bank and utility accounts in my name because it turned out he had TERRIBLE credit, then over the next couple years he would often make us up and move out of state. A couple of accounts went negative and got sent into collections. I have paid one off among many other unpaid bills.

how does the debt consolidation loan work

I was hurt at work and have been unable to work for the last 2 months, and looks like i will be off longer as they are talking about back surgery. I had to get a lawyer to handle the workmans comp side. I do get 60% of what I was making when I was working,but that Is almost 2,000 a month I am losing. I am doing my best to pay rent and have utilitys on but have fell way behind on my credit cards as well as my 2 personal loans and 1 month behind on my car payment. I am really lost here and have no idea what to do.

My sister had taken out a personal school loan a few years ago, my now husband co-signed. He has been getting harassed at work (he is the only one in the home working and we have 2 small children), they say they are going to garnish his wages unless he pays them $30,000 now. Hey people. Just to start things off my mom got a call from these Hecker people about a bad debt (co signed with me dad pre-divorce) from 6 years ago. I'm only 16 but they felt like dragging me into anyways. They somehow found out I just got a job and since my mom doesn't have one they say they're going to garnish my wages unless we come up with a lump sum of $17,000. They even wanted me to ask friends and family members if we could borrow the amount from them. Lots of things wrong with this picture. First I'm not 18 so legally they can't do anything to me, right?
