I attorney told me I made to much on commission to be abele to file. He has said I have to wait another 6 months to refile. He has taken my money. Is this right?

The "law firm" of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis is attempting to collect a debt for LVNV. When I search my state (MN) database for collection agency license info they do not show up. Should an out of state company that is supposedly a law firm need a license as a debt collector or are there different requirements if they consider themselves to be a law firm and not strictly a collection agency?

I have always made my payments and now I am turning to you with panics as I have been patient. I have to have something to the court via courier and something to the letter via courier for proof that it was sent by Friday or I will be in huge trouble. Hello all, I took out a loan for $400 with One Click Cash over the internet, while I was living in Missouri about 5 months ago. My first question is whether this company is even licensed or can legally operate within the state of Missouri? I checked the state website and did not see One Click Cash listed in the records of licensed/legal PDLs. One Click Cash debited $120 from my account two weeks after I took out the loan, and I have not paid them anything else since then. My loan is now with their "Final Collections" department.
