Takhar called me about a somewhat valid debt of $94 from an online book club that I joined like three years ago. I only didn't fulfill my obligation to buy and they quit corresponding as I forgot about it, and the $94 is for books I should have bought but didn't. So, make of that what you will. I really don't feel safe telling these people my debit card number or bank account info, and that would be pretty stupid at this point. They rang my phone many times with an automated message telling me to call them back without specifying why. So, out of sheer curiosity I did.

I reside in Pa and have 3 PDls out as of current... tlcfastcash.com $358.00 on $200 loan ameriloan.com $455.00 on $350 loan mycashnow.com $485.12 on $400 loan I only paid the TLC fast cast so far of $79 but they tacked on another $79 interest fee!!! The other 2 are coming up in 2 weeks and i don`t know what to do.... I know it`s going to be a burden as trying to pay these off within the specific time as the holidays are near... But are these companies legit?

I was looking at my credit report cause of Asset telling me they were going to sue me....those credit card charges are in dispute as fradulent. What I need to know is how do I get these people to leave me alone.

I have a loan from Check N Go and have been paying them for the last 3 months. I have read on this site that they are a member of the CFSA. Can anyone tell me what this mean? Not anywhere in the loan document have they mentioned the word 'CFSA'. What is the full form of this? Is it something like a regulatory body?

Well, there's good news and better news. The Good news is, in order to loan money out as an (online payday loan) company, you have to have what's called a DFI number. This number is state by state regulated, but gives a company legal right to provide online Payday loan services. I went through the exact hell, that the rest of you went through, but decided to do a list of homework about this company after no positive results, etc, etc. I live here in Washington State. I had checked with the BBB, Attorney General, the RCW, as well as the complete State legal listings.

Please send me a copy of the $59.95 debt that I owe you. I can't find the bill. I just had it and can't believe that I lost it.
