Lombardo Sutherland and myers firm contacted me a few days regarding a loan that i apparently took out in augist for 200 i how ever do not rem this so i asked for some things like any licence numbers they may have being a mediaton firm and all. From what they told me they bought this bought its loan off from SSM group aka osl they did not provide me with any thing.

I have 3 credit cards in debt. One is with Chase, 2 with BOA. In the Chase card I have already got a threatening call that if I don't take any initiative with that account then they might take me to court (I am just 35 days behind). The other 2 BOA accounts are in collections now ( One is 95 days and the other is 123 days behind). I also have 2 Student loans where I owe $15,000.With 3 Credit cards I owe $40,000 all including. So, what can I do now????

I can't seem to find where to find out if any onf my Internet PDL'S are legal in Indiana. I am in deep with a lot of them and was wondering if anyone new anything about them. I had a finance company take money from my account 2 times on the same day. Their excuse was that I authorized them to do so. I in no way shape or form authorized this. I managed to get it straightened out. My money was put back in my account and they paid my overdraft fees. This all seems great, right? It was until I checked my account and they did it again on Thanksgiving Day. So now I can't go to the Black Friday sales and shop for my kids Christmas.

i have and old debt credit card wants me to call and give them info because they dont have updated info on the account this worries me should I ask to validate the account to this original OC?

Anyone have any experience w/AmEx? I owe them 13K and at going deliquent and trying to get a settlement. I have several other cards that I owe less and plan on paying off. Also, my credit score is currently approximately 720. If I start missing payments how badly will my credit score be damaged, and how long will it take to recover? Will AmEx discharge the account as Paid in Full or will I have a permanent mark/damage on my credit report? Thanks

My son owes money for medical bils that were turned over to colection we sent 5 postdated checks of 100.00 each and would have sent 5more each time until the debt was paid. The creditor refused payments and sent back the checks ,i was just wondering if this can be done?
