I had a first union bank account in the year of 2000 in virginia beach, virginia. wachovia bank bought all first union banks. It's been ten years since my overdrawn account, and after a certain amount of years has relapsed, how can this affect my credit?

I paid Regent Asset Management on mu US bank account and Bank of America account. NOW USbank is saying that i did not pay them and they want the money. I was Scammed.... Now Regent Asset is not answering any of my calls and half the lines are no longer in service. What do i do?

I have been following this form for a while a prior to writing this I have done the first thing suggested. Contacted my bank about the charges. I immediately stopped my direct deposit and closed my account. Now I am confused about the next steps. I have 4 online loans (no storefronts) and I just want to pay only the amount borrowed. I have a 40,000 debt from second mortgage. This debt was incurred by helping my brother buy his own home. My brother walked out of the home in 2007 and now I am finding out that I own this secure debt. I am soon to graduate in Finance and bankruptcy cannot happen because they use credit score to meassure employment opprtunity. How do I get rid off this secure debt

I have been dealing with the company A.S and Assoc for about a few weeks now. I've taken a payday advance with VIP for $500, and now A.S and Assoc. wants to collect a little over $1000 from me. I have sent them $250 western union, and I asked for them to wait until the first of December for I can send them anymore, I just started a new job so Im trying to get caught up on my rent. I have gotten a call yesterday and today to send more money tomorrow....not even a payday, and not what we agreed to. They have not sent me my letter yet.

I am desiring to purch a home. Attempted in Aug 2009 & credit was not so good. Attempted again in July and was advised credit scores were 2 points less (this year) than what is expected. Took out a loan in May 2010 due to a financial burden I needed to pay to reinstate my drivers license. Was told by credit union who gave me loan I could not refinance with them (another question). Would like to get this home first part of 2011 but have not prequalified because I don't know who to trust. I am also a qualified vet and can use my va eligibility.

Has anyone had any dealings with Approved Money Center concerning defaulting on their loan? They are threatening to turn my check over to the hot check office if I don't pay them back the loan plus interest in 6 weeks, even though I have offered to pay them $100 every two weeks. I have defaulted on a payday loan with Approved Money Center. I have offered to pay them out what I can, which, with their fees and interest, the amount is over $1000. But, they say if I don't pay them back with 6 weeks that they will turn my check over to the hot check department at the county office, and charges will be filed. I just don't have that much money to pay back in six weeks, and have offered to pay them $100 every two weeks, but they say they can't do that.
