(855) 440-3957 - Friend got call from this number stating for old payday loan and then that had over drafted Wells Fargo account.. wanted $500 today or $174 for 6 months not sure where they learned to do math, or they would serve him at work the next day - if proceeded to court would be more like $3000 - nothing on any local dockets - already checked this morning for him - didn't give him any company name - I told him if they call again to tell them to send debt validation in the mail and not to call again.

I hope I am under the right category. I apologize if I am not. I received a call from a company called KIP Recovery telling me they are going to garnish my pay for a a PDL by the name of No Faxless Payday Loan. I never had a PDL with a company called this. Has anyone heard this company called KIP recovery. When I call back and asked for their name and address they always disconnect me. They are calling my work now. Can anyone help me.

Credit Report Tradeline

10 years 8 months ago
I have a neiman marcus account which was charge off. An debt collection agency bought the debt. Credit report show that two tradeline 1 for neiman marcus 1 for credit agency Both are for the same debt. credit agency show a higher amount (assume including interest over time) Neiman Marcus has an earlier removal date 10/2014 Credit agency show removal date 2/2015. From what I read since they are the same debt, the removal date should be the same for both. Is that true?

Red LEaf Lending/RH Group

10 years 8 months ago
I started receiving calls from a guy named Henry from some place called RH Group. He said he was with an arbitration group trying to serve me papers for a debt with red leaf lending. Said if I paid the money I wouldn't get the papers. I asked him for something showing the debt and he said he didn't have that because he was with an arbitration group and he was just there to make sure we got our court papers. But THat I needed to get this settled. Also, I asked for their address and he said he culdn't give that to me because of the business they do.

Clear Loans Solutions response to my letter

10 years 8 months ago
Tribal lender not licensed with my state. I sent them a letter outlined like OhioGal1 posted stating I would pay back the principal balance and this was there response. How do I respond to this? Clear Loan Solutions is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Federally Recognized Native American Tribe Big Lagoon Rancheria, California, a sovereign nation located within the United States of America. As such, Clear Loan Solutions is an “arm of the tribe,” and entitled to the same immunity from state laws as is the Big Lagoon Rancheria.

Cashcall Charge off-how to Settle Debt?

10 years 8 months ago
Have Cashcall loan originated in California in May, 2006. Paid for awhile but had to move and could no longer pay. Went delinquent in Aug 2007. Heard nothing from them for several years and forgot about it. Cropped up during mortgage application. Now showing Paid, Closed. $5,020 written off, on credit report. This amt is the principle remaining, $12,480 is total amt with all the interest they tacked on. Need to get this removed from credit report somehow or at least settled to show a 0 remaining balance.
