Hi Nelly,
I just got a bill from
Afni today for $479 that i supposedly owe to a bank that I have never had an account with. And I checked my credit reports and Afni had looked into my information with TransUnion. Is this even legal? And what info is actually available for them to view? Is there a way to protect my credit while I am disputing validation?
I have no negative marks on my credit report as of yet..does that prove that I do not have this account Afni claims that I have and owe?
thanks!
