how do I find out all the places I am in debt with. last year the IRS took my whole tax refund and I want to prevent that from happening this time around. Please help me.

Medicredit is calling me even though I am disabled and on Medicaid. The reverse of my Medicaid card plainly states any payment rendered by Medicaid is considered full payment. What should I do?

I've recently separated from my husband and moved into my own place. A friend of mine is paying half of the rent but she hasn't moved in yet and I've been forced to take out pay day loans to make ends meet. Now my truck payment is due along with the rent and I need a debt consolidation loan desparately. Any help will be appreciated.

I do not know how to get out of Debt

I have 7 personal loans out with local companies.. I am trying to get them paid off. But I had lost my job and was unemployed for 3 months. I know have a job. But I am behind and am getting harrassed by all the creditors. I dont know what to do?? I am panicking and keep crying? Are there any companies that pay them off instantly?

I have done 3 loans with 247 greenstreet. Never had a problem. they are can't do loans in my state, PA anymore. Does anyone know of another loan provider for PA? thanks!

I received a warrant in debt in the mail this past weekend. Along with this WID which to me looked legit I also received a letter from Dominion Law Associates saying enclosed is a WID that they encourage me to pay 5 days before court date which is scheduled for December. Now looking at the WID it has no clerk signature, it was sent through regular mail and it has no case number, but it doest have the court date and even room number. Is this legit or this a scare tactic. It says I owe about 3300. I am affraid that they might garnish my wages.
