Had it for 417. They split it to two payments. One for 208 went through other didn't. I have got to get out of this mess. Been on this wheel for a year. So ashamed!

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I think it's WONDERFUL what you all are doing here. I took out a Check n Go installment loan for $2000.00. This is my first loan of this type and I really regret doing it. When I first made this decision my job was offering unlimited overtime so it was easy to handle the payments but these last few months it's been extremely difficult to keep up since they have cut overtime completely. I am now behind on all my bills and recently had to move out of my apartment because I could no longer afford my rent.

I made a agreement with First Source to settle a debt I had with a Bank of Amer/Amex Credit card. They were to start withdrawing a monthly amount from my bank acct on 9-30-10 for (13) months to settle the debt. So far, they have not made any withdrawals. All they say is, the transaction cleared on their end. How can I check to see if they have ever done anything? Nothing has cleared my bank as of today. What do you suggest?

I defaulted on USFastcash, Star Cash and Magnum Cash on Monday and have not heard anything from anyone yet, I filed complaints with the necessary departments. how long should I wait to hear from them before I try and contact them again or what should I do just sit and wait??

I have been given the runaround from wm for nearly years. They never respond iln written form, never acknowlege receipt of letter i send or faxes. They called my job. I have a binder over an inch thick. They never followed through on the Rehabilitation program they offered me. Now they are harrassing me again and have added another $4,000 in fees to my account. ARS is calling me about a person THEY say I am related to. They want this person's phone number. I was threatened, in today's phone call episode, that they (ARS) will continue to harass me until I give them the information. I have no debts (other than utilities and a mortgage note). I don't know this person they're talking about. What is my recourse?

After trying to do short sale, my home got foreclosure last month. Fannie Mae bought the home and cleared the First Mortgage( BOFA) . But the the second mortage from citi has sent it to debt collection( LTD Financial Services, TX). They are calling me every alternate day. They have sent me the letter asking me to pay the debt. I still have time till Nov 5 to reply with Debt Validation. Did anybody go this process. Do i have to pay this debt since my home got foreclosed. What are the best option. Please help.
