My Cash Now/Credit Depot

15 years 4 months ago
I reside in NJ and has a loan with my cash now. I did repay the principle in full (it was 1100.00). I closed my bank acct and now they are demanding 2220.00. They have just sent to 3rd party collections in Florida - Accelerated Receivables Management. Any suggestions? Thought this would not get this far as they are illegal in NJ with the interest rate they are charging.

Problem with Payday Loan

15 years 4 months ago
I had a payday loan taken out about a year ago for 300 dollars. I was paying 75 every 2 weeks for 12 weeks at a time and then having to re-borrow at the end of the loan peroid because I would still owe 280 after that. This has gone on for over a year now and in the mean time my bank closed my account for too many NSF and not being able to pay them back. I had to keep paying the payday loans (which I did) and writing the same checks, never telling them the account closed. Then I recently lost my job and have had a hard time finding work, just barely getting by at times.

Thanks for great opporunity

Hey I am new here. I’m sorry if this this is not the right place for this post but I was wondering If some one here on www.debtconsolidationcare.com would be able to assist me to choose the better choice. The forums here are absolutely cool and certainly plan on sticking around for as long as I am welcome.

Chase HAMP, anyone successful?

15 years 4 months ago
Sorry if this belongs in another section, I didn't see one and this is probably part of my debt management plan. I've printed everythign out, filled all the forms, copied all the supporting documents, and now I'm scared to send the stuff to Chase for the HAMP (Home Affordable Mortgage Plan). I've seen a bunch of complaints online and it makes me wonder if it is worth doing. Just looking for some feedback from others, good or bad. Thanks, Marie

Will Capital One ever settle?

15 years 4 months ago
I am nearing 180 days late with Capital One and they say my account will charge off. We owe close to $12,000 and they won't budge at all for a settlement. We have a second mortgage that charged off and another credit card we recently settled. My husband lost his job months ago. We offered $3500 and they aren't negotiating at all. They will only say they can offer a principal balance settlement of $11,300. Our Interest rate is still very low, 6.9% but we want to get rid of it! Any help is appreciated!

Payday Hell

15 years 4 months ago
I have decided to give up my payday loans so that I can have a paycheck! I have gone through this a few years ago with several internet ones and know how to deal with them. I have gotten a PIF from CashJar and still working with Eastside Lenders. However, the store fronts have me scared.

I may need help.

Hi Nelly. I am writing to you regarding my dealings with Regent Asset Management Solutions. Apparently, US Bank sold a charged- off checking account I had to Regent about a year ago, in which I struck up a payment plan with Regent by paying $100 a month on, they say, a $1600 debt. Come August, Regent just stopped deducting the $100 anymore, and when I tried contacting them to see why, the number was disconnected. I even went as far as contacting US Bank to get an alternative phone number for them. That number also came up unavailable.
