I recived two letters cocering a debt i am sposse to own i tried calling and can"t get threw. I would like to know what this debt is for

I've never had this happen, I clicked on my home page (yahoo) and it says "connection refused". Am I being denied or is it a fluke?

hey nelly, i have collection agencies calling for a woman with my maiden name. how do i stop these calls? they won't give me any information on the debts because i tell them i'm not her. i have asked them to tell whoever "paid" them that i'm not her and they say it's "their debt" and they cannot call themselves, but this is two calls i have received in 4 days (monday, then thursday).... and i went roundabout with bank of america in august & september over a debt with a woman by that name. these calls are costing me $ on my cell bill. do i have any recourse on these calls?

I took out 2 loans (one from Manhattan Processing) in March for $300 . Fell on really hard times, couldn't pay them back and had to close bank account. I am in the process now of filing for bankruptcy. Does anyone have contact information for PDY Services and are they the same as Payday Yes loans. If they are I need to know how you know this for fact. Has anyone else delt with this company and gotten anywhere?

Our trustee has objected to: value of property and value of the 2 older cars we own outright. The letter says someone will do an appraisal which our lawyers says is pretty common...anyone out there been through this? We live in Florida.
