Ok thank god i stumbled across this website, anyway i have numerous PDL's out right not Kingston Financial borrowed $200 (payed $356 in service charges) When I called this company, it sounded really fishy and wouldnt give me any information with out first having my Social Ameriloan borrowed $150 (payed $456) OneClickCash borrowed $150 (payed $515) DJR Group i never authorized to put money in my account, but the did anyway to the amount of $150 My question is, are any of these companies licensed or legal to lend in the State of Florida, because of them my account has been continuously overdra

So my student loans are in default. They are roughly75k...I had no help from family funding my school and all I got out of it is a 35k a year job that I'm lucky to have. They are threatening to garnish my wages. I called trying to avoid that and they said the lowest possible payment I can make to be in the repair program would be 550$ a month. That's more than 25% of my income and way more than I can spend. This number is just based on my loan amount since they didn't even ask what .

this company from NY VRM Group, called me after stating they got a request for suit from someplace called IMPACT that I supposedly got a loan from in 2007 and they want me to pay them $695. i havent paid it but i would like to try what you all are doing. i live in MD

Hello, My name is Rich and I need some help. We have a son with a serious health condition and subsequently I have used payday loans to cover some bills. It has gotten out of jand on my end and I m not in jeopardy of losing everything we have because I cannot keep up with the payments, and maintain paying our bills. I am looking for help/advice as how to proceed. Some of these PDL's I have paid hundreds of dollars more than the amounts borrowed.

update for my pdls. Kenwood still tried a rollover - so I re-mailed them and the DE BBB. I would have settled for a PIF from Kenwood, but now I will try for a refund - I should be getting about $135. back (wishful thinking) I haven't heard from SSM - but they did not try and debit any $. I know I have more pdls - but can only deal with 1 or 2 at a time, and the others haven't reached the principle amount yet - I think next pay they will. I will also re-email, contact the PA AG, FTC, Dept.
