I made an arrangement but my mail didn't come so i need up till wednesday to debit 61.05 from my card... Is that an problem...

I has been talking to Auriton Solutions in MN and they just sent me a letter stating Sept 1st, that Nova debt will be taking over there program. I'm kind of concerened and would like replies on this company, thanks!

Nor sure where to post this question, so I'll ask it here. Why don't creditors just sue you? Let's say you go 6 months without making a payment, why doesn't the creditor just get a judgement against you? Then garnish your wages? It's not like you can dispute owing the debt, you were paying it 6 months ago? TIA Rich

I have several pdl's and I need some help to get out of this mess. At the present time none of them are past due, but they are due on the 15th. I am having a hard time finding out if any of them are legal in Colorado. Also has anyone gone through one of these debt settlement programs? I know about writing letter to payday loan companies revoking the wage asst but what do I do about those that are out of the country

I have read that getting a different phone #/cell phone # will help with calls to your home phone. Is this true? If I call and change my contact number with my cc's will they stop calling that number or will they just call both? I don't want my kids to have to deal with this. Any advice on who has done this and did that work? Do I just call and change my number with them or what is the best way to manage where calls are coming to? Thanks so much for any help :)

When I was in my early 20's I received 3 credit cards in the mail and charged them to the max since I didn't know better at that time I spent years trying to get the balance down I then got laid off of work and fell into debt and my cards were charged off not to mention my monthly bills that fell into debt now that I got back on my feet and paid off most of my debt there are still some more date that I need to pay I also now have a credit card that is valid and current that I have to pay for annually but besides paying off the small balance that is left is there any other ways I can help rebui

I fell behind in my paymenys due to illness. When I got back to work, I made a token payment. I made the terrible mistake of calling the crdit department of Credit One and got a black girl on the phone who crucified me and I called back to talk to a so called manager who demanded I pay another $150.00 and he may take off one late pay fee. go figure!!!

I have four payday loans out and am in debt. Kenwood, Sandpoint, Sign my loan and Cash Services. I do not think any of these are legal in NH. My question is that yes I did recently take a a new loan with Sign my loan. Have paid two other loan off with them. I am going to to bank tomorrow to stop these payday loan. I have 350 that I owe to one but the pass two loan they took enough interest would cover it plus. The same for another one. Since I did pay other loans off with interest would this even out? This has ruined me. Thank You
