I RECEIVED A CALL FRO PROTOCAL YESTERDAY ON A CRDIT CARD FROM 2004!!! I HAD CANCELED THE CARD AND THEY SAID DUE TO A 200.00 BAL THAT IS NOW OVER 900 DUE TO INTEREST.I ASKED FOR A SUMMARY OF THIS CARD AND WHY IT TOOK SO LONG AFTER 9 YRS!!! THEY KEPT TRYING TO GET ME TO TAKEMAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS OR SETTLEMENT. I KEPT INSISTING FOR THEM TO SEND ME SOMETHING IN WRITING CONCERNING THIS ACCOUN. I FINALLY HUNG UP ON THEM. I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY CONTINUED TO PRESSURE ME I FINALLY HUNG UP AGAIN. WHT DO I DO NOW??? THEY ARE THE MOST HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO TALK TO.

I just received a phone call from a Dorthy Farmer from this loan mediation inc. saying that I owed Ace Payday and that I would be getting called into court on 12/26 if I didn't pay them the 179.00 I owed and the balance of 475 there after. So I called my local authorities when they told me that it would be turned over to a different county which I live I knew it was a scam. Also looking at the fact that I have never had a payday loan through this company as I have went on the payday loan website and they do not even service my state.

Received summons and complaint from National Collegiate, was not personally served, documents where left at door after server saw someone in the window of home. As of today they have not filed a proof of service with the court, nor have I received a copy of the compliant in the mail. Should I file an answer to the complaint even though service was improper? I live in California.

Momofthree27 please help me. I just got reported by Delbert today too. I am in Texas. They have been calling and sending mails and emails constantly, but i have ignored them completely. I have never signed anything with Delbert. The only trade line on my credit was in good standing but closed from cash call. Now Delbert puts the 30 day past due out of nowhere. I pulled out a $2600 loan through Western Sky back in the middle of June 2013' immediately transferred to cash call and now delbert.

So I had a debt with WaMu credit card for 2007 that they refused to make payment arrangements beyond my monthly bill that I couldn't afford at the time they sold the bad debt to Arrow Financial who didn't once contact me by phone or mail to offer payment arrangements but the. Filed a court summons against me in 2010. And the sheriff signed off in the court file that I was served but for the life of me I don't recall ever being personally served. No lawyer for Arrow nor Arrow has contacted me since 2007. Now December 2013 I have a court Date to appear for wage garnishments.
