I JUST RECIEVED A CALL FROM ACH DEMANDING I PAY BEFORE 5PM TODAY $344.63 ON A PAYDAY LOAN I GOT FROM CHECKSMART.BACK IN 03194010. I HAVE ALREADY PAID $100 TOWARD THE $300.00 THAT I BORROW. DUE BACK SHOULD HAVE BEEN $345 BUT I RAN INTO A FINANCAL DESPAIR.I BORROWED IN GOOD FAITH WITH ALL INTENTION OF PAYING THIS BACK!! SO WHEN I SPOKE TO THE 2 GENTLE KELLI GREEN THEN HIS SUPERVISOR I WAS TOLD I HAD BETTER HAVE THIS PAID OFF BY 5PM TODAY OR I WILL SERVE WITH COURT PAPERS TO APPEAR IN STATE OF OHIO COURT PLUS COURT COST. THE $344.63 ICLUDES BANK FEES AND CHECKSMART PROCRESSING FEE'S.

Please someone help. I guess I am looking for a miracle, but I know they don't exist.... at least in this matter. My Elderly Father's (live together) monthly income and mine combined is $1909.00. It comes in on the 1st and 3rd of each month. In May I lost my Mom which took $544.00 (her Social Security) from our monthly budget.

Ok, I took the first step and went to my bank and asked them to make my account deposit only, which they did. I have to wait until it is not negative to close it all together. I wrote my letters(emails)and plan on sending them out tomorrow. I live in NY so I am hoping that they just except what they already have taken out and not try to communicate with me via phone calls which I also asked them not to do in my letters. I need to find the physical address to some of these, if they even have one.

I get calls everyday from this company and I key in #1to speak to someone and get the operator. I do not know what they want from me, as I am not the person they are looking for. I want it stopped . 783 3565. Gloria St pierre

I can't find my original post from last week....but I have faxed a letter to paydaymax and lo and behold they have revoked my ability to access my account online. I was just curious if anyone else had that happen to them? I had already printed out everything I needed from it, though. In my letter to gave them until the end of the day today to reply via e-mail....as they are not legal in KS and the "contract" they have us sign to get a loan is pretty well null and void since it is unenforceable. I just hope to resolve this and hopefully get my money back that I overpaid unknowlingly!

I've been served to appear in court in eleven days. AAC hired local attorneys to go after what was likely five times less (never has a credit limit that high). My question is "what should I go into the courtroom with?" I've been sued before by a doctor (it was fraud and I got money out of it) but the credit card thing is different. Guessing the lawyer will want to settle there, but don't know what I should arm myself with. I've already sent a DV letter, but no response as of yet. Considering the sudden service and quick court date I expected no response.

I recently received a collect letter from RJM ACQUISITIONS LLC SAYING THAT I OWE 624.55 FROM AN TARGET BANK ACCOUNT THAT I NEVER HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH. My last name is correct but the first name on the letter is my middle name. The partial ss# given is not mine. I check my credit report and there is no indication about this account or debt. Should I contact them or just ignore this letter. Thanks

This is my second loan with them. The first was for $500.

I'm not sure if anyone will get this or not, but we had 2 loans out both have defaulted. Money is tight and it's causing problems, with mortgage payments and other bills. We used a company called magnum cash advance, the first payment went through and we only paid the interest which is $150, the second payment we tried to contact them to make payment arrangement's and got no response. We had to put stop payments on them for making unauthorized payment changes with out contacting us. Now they are doing it again they took out another payment with a different amount over $600.
