I paid 360.00 for a 300.00 loan from authorized payday. I recently sent them the letter stating the Mass. illegal laws, revoke authorization, etc. etc. The email to Authorized Payday is invalid and they do not answer the faxes! I called and got nasty with one manager as she states Authorized payday is a legal lender in Delaware and I signed the contract stating I would abide by Delaware laws. Long story short. She emailed me again (from a centrix email account) stating your account is in collections. They have not yet debited my acount either electronically or paper form.

I keep getting automated calls from these people after 6 months of explaining to them that my wife left 19 months ago. They have tried to harass her kids also. I had to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in December of 2009 because of this. How do I stop this? The debt is not mine, not in my name, and is in her nickname.

MY friend received a call from smith, dean and associates and they advher that pay day funding the people that she got a payday loan with had referred my account to them and that i had to pay 400.00 . I have a payday loan with Speedy Cash for $500. I have paid $254 on it already and closed my account. I have sent them numerous emails asking for their License to Lend in Texas as well as a Cease and Desist and ACH Revoke, which they ignored until I filed against them with the BBB and FTC under their parent name Galt Ventures, Inc. Then they started calling me about my "complaint". I finally received an email from them which I responded to again telling them all correspondence must be in writing and that I had already given what I would agree to as a settlement to the BBB.

I had posted here a few months ago regarding a bunch of loans I had taken out. I closed my bank account and most of the companies stopped contacting me after I requested to have their license number showing they are allowed to issue loans to residents of Nebraska. However starting Friday I started getting phone calls at work & home it is a guy names Carlos Rodriguez and also a woman named Betty Davis. They are rude and telling me they want to meet me somewhere to serve me with a court summons. They tell me that they have a bad check that was faxed over to their office.
