HI, I have a payday loan with national-paydayloan.com(1-866-465-5054). Like everyone else, hard times hit. This is my only and LAST payday loan, I have been worried sick, hence the 5am posting. I borrowed $300, have paid back $180, I have not had the money to pay, and they have attempted to debit my account for $300, then $90, and $30. Which really put me in the negative because I don't have any of it. I do not know what to do at this point. I live in Virginia. Thanks in advance!

I keep getting calls from this company. They call themselves "Northstar Location Services," the number is 866 610 2726 and they are looking for a Sharon Bean. I don't know a Sharon Bean and I have never heard of the company. I am almost 17 years of age. They have called for I don't know how many years and I've tried to get them to stop and they won't. I really don't want to have to change my number. Isn't what they're doing illegal? Because they are calling a minor? I don't know what to do. Can any of you guys help me at all??

He is now promoting a debt elimination program through negotiable instruments and I just can't decide if it is a scam or not. How long will Chase wait on an unpaid card untill going to court. I am approaching 90 days and answering phone calls. I have been told that in 4 days my case will go to pre litigation. How long before a summons and a court date. They refused a 30 % offer and offered 50%.

Hello, I received offers to settle from two of my credit cards. Integrity Financial Partners, Inc (representing Chase) has offered to accept $2,000 of the $6200 owed. This letter was sent in April. Wells Fargo has offered to take $2800 out of the $5500 owed. This letter was in late July. In neither cases did I contact them but my question is this: What if I simply just do not have the money? I'm still trying to get my career together (lost my job late last year) and now I'm pretty much just taking any jobs I can find.

my husband was laid off and were now forced to file chapter 7 bankrupcy.we only borrowed 400. we called them ,but now they want over 200. to pay it back after 6 months of paying them will the bankrupcy stop them from being able to reposes it?
