Hello everyone!!!! My name is Martha and I live in Las Vegas, NV. I got an online loan from CNUSA. I have a question regarding an issue... that I am not sure if it is a legal practice. I borrowed 450 dollars from CNUSA, I had the opportunity of extending that loan twice by paying 112.50. The first time, I did it...paid 112.50. The second time... I missed the extension payment of 112.50 and 3 days later I received a collection call driving me to enter into a repayment plan for the missed extension payment of 112.50 which I did.

When i called the number 800 423-4343 it didn't go to a CITI Bank number at all. it said AT&T something and then asked for my credit card number right away. why are all these other posts saying they spoke to someone when all I'm getting is a recorded voice talking about the wrong company and asking for my card number? PLEASE ADVISE.

I closed my checking account then sent the letter SoapLady suggested to Mobiloans and Everest Cash Advance on 9-26-13 by email. That same day Mobiloans replied and agreed to stop any automatic payment drafts from my checking account. Then on 11-12-13 they emailed me that my account was seriously past due and to contact them to discuss payment options. I replied with a shortened version of the illegal lender letter and they agreed to consider my account paid in full and closed it from further activity.

I was advised to stop paying Cash Call with 6 more payments to go afraid of destroying my credit that I have been working very hard to repair I feel like there is no real guidance for consumers can you advise- I have paid 9600.00 back so far on a 2600.00 loan. Hi, I have been reading a lot of the forums regarding Payday One and Rise Credit. I live in Ohio and currently have a loan with Rise Credit. Some personal things have happened and I fell behind and am unable to make the full payments. I offered to pay them $100 a month but they refused. I know Payday One is a licensed lender in Ohio. And I am little confused on some of the answers that Rise is illegal because it is a part of the tribal lenders. It doesn't state that anywhere on their website and my loan agreement states that the lender is RCL Finance out of Arlington, Tx.

Voice mail left early from a Daniel Archer. Said he is a server and he had documents for me that the state requires signature. He said to call 877 219 1131 to reschedule delivery if i was going to be unavailable. He stated my name, age and county i live in. He also gave me a case number. I googled that number but nothing came up. Should I worry and what should I do? A week ago someone called from a company with that same case number and was told that i had to pay over $700. Seems quick that they have already gone through the courts to set up a lawsuit. Any comments?

I called the Pallino Solutions office @ 302-378-0630 and a really nice, helpful, and considerate lady named Hillary Bell was able to help me find out all the info I needed to resolve the matter at hand. On the other hand, their third party collection company (Tate & Kirlin) was not very friendly,, just all business with an attitude. Call Hillary,, she will give you a reason to write a positive review yourself.

I sent a validation of debt letter to western sky and I received a letter from Cash Call stating that the debt is valid because I signed the agreement. I understand Western Sky is no longer in business and Cash Call just said valid and it was sold to Delbert. I already filled complaints with my AG and the State of Michigan has a cease and desist with the company. So does that mean my debt with WS is valid? I'm a little confused. All they said was they reviews my debt it's valid and I owe $4,000 plus. I already paid the principal plus $1000 extra. What should I do next?
