How do I close out a citbank account that I dont use?

I have two accounts with American Express. In the one of the account the balance is about 500 and I am enrolled in a payment plan and I just pulled my credit report and they are reporting it as Collection Account and the statement says Account closed at credit grantors request. The Other account is Business credit card with american express and I owe about 7500 and I went to Zwicker, NCO and now it is with NCI, this account is being reported as Acount charge off 7491 written off 1150 paast due as of sep 2009. How would this reflect if I make a settlemt?

I used some advice from this site and already got one of my loans marked paid in full. I had a loan with Magnum Cash Advance. I've used them A LOT over the last 2 years. I was supposed to make two more payments of $564 on a $1000 loan (plus some of a previous loan). I called to today and spoke to customer service. I explained that I'd like to extend or lower my payments.

This morning I noticed that there was a debit on my account that I could not account for. It was from Redline Recovery agency. I called my bank and I found out that Red Line had used my debit card number without my knowlege to remove money from my bank account. Going back over my account we found that this was the third time they had done this. They had my card number but they did not have the three digit verification code. I just filed an affidavit of fraud with my bank. The bank is going to investigate this but I am worried.

I received a called this morning and i have been receiving them everyday on mywork phone.From this number 888-480-4406. THis guy is stating i have 4 hours to meet up with him and collect a payment .He said that i have been writing bad checks .I don't even own a check book. I Don't like checks. SO he gave me a case number but when i called the number back he left on my vm it says CRS..i don't even know who CRS is i don't write checks..

Can I repay some of my student loan and refin the remaining amount with ACS?

i owe a pay day loan company $802.00. The legal dept. of this company has threatened to send the police to my home & have me arrested if I do not fax them a letter authorizing them to take $200 bi-weekly from my checking account by 5 PM EST. I am currently unemployed & only receive $195 in weekly unemployment compensation. I explained this to the company's legal representative, but he seemed not to care at all. What CAN I DO?
