I live in MA and when i saw the money mutuel advertisment on Tv i was very excited, I ma a single parent with a young child at home and i work two jobs i work anywhere from 72 hrs a week to 80 a week and i still find my self struggling to get by every week... I needed exactly 800.00 to get me through to my next check i applied with no issues and then i found out that they sent my application to many many different credit companies and they all approved me they are as followed Nationwide cash, 500fastcash, Greatskycash, Titan group, Ameriloan , and Packmanagment.

I have several (6) online payday loans, and can't keep paying them. I planned to just stop paying and plan to close my checking account. What will they do? Will they sue me? I was about to file for BK, but a summer job has put me over the median income. I do not know what to do. Please help!

Does anybody have any experience with dealing with them. I have a visa account with a $10,600 balance, which is about 130 days late. They haven't really wanted to settle with me at all until now, they just offered a 50% reduction, whereas prior they only had offered 25-30% reductions. Just wondering if this is in the ballpark of how much they reduce. Thank you.

If you are recieving calls from debt collectors threatening to contact your HR Department or, your manager, have you fired etc. in Florida they are breaking the law. The State of Florida has it's own consumer protection laws called The Florda Consumer Collection Practices Act. Under this law a collection agancy may not call you at work unless they have obtained a judgment against you.

how soon after judgement can my account be locked . and if its my wifes judgment and i take her off my account can they still touch my account ?

My husband is a union carpenter and was laid off for a year and half. He is currently back out to work but with the way construcion is going in our area, I'm not sure for how long. I have been working this whole time but all of our money goes to keeping a roof over our head and food on the table. So, we are currently in foreclosure and hoping to get a modification. We have a bit of equity in the house and hope they will add what we owe to the end of the loan. All paperwork is in and we just wait now.
