I went to my bank and asked that all ACH debits be blocked by the PDL companies that I had [URL="http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/forums/#"]loans[/URL] with. She was very helpful and basically put a block on all of them by company name and also put a block on all future debits they may make. I have a couple of questions though... Should I still close my bank account?

I also have a loan with Cash Central they are legal i checked them out I cant find anything for 247greenstreet and they say i have signed a wage assignment.Also i read that a wage assignment has to be signed personally not digitally? I have tried to work out a payment plan however they are only willing to break it up into 2 payments. I need to break it up into smaller payments.
