Hello, I have a situation with CommonEd (electric utility company) that is being handled by ER Solutions. They have not reported anything to the Credit Agency they said. I asked them for a letter indicating that once I paid this amount in full, there will be no recording from their end to any credit agency. I got a call from the person i have been dealing with supervisor, and she said that they are actually a intermediary agency for this client (comed) and they have no power to report me to anyone.

Can a payday loan company take me to court over unpaid loans that several years old?

I have a credit card on my credit report that is tarnishing my credit score....I want to pay it off at one time will this help my score..im in the army and im trying to get a clearance

I do not undersatnd how these payday loan companies over the internet do business with certain people who live in sates that require them to have a license to loan they must know they can get away with it. I live in New Hampshire and i am now more aware of the laws on Payday loans. Has anyone ever had a loan company take them to Court being illegal lenders or been served papers. They are so rude and almost impossible to deal with i just want to know what they can really do to me i tend to get a little angry when someone treats me like garbage over something like this.

D1scover seems to count days late from last payment made, not last payment due that was missed. They say they charge of at the end of the month last business day after 210 days. Can anyone confirm this?

I spoke with Cap1 and they say they charge off on the 180th day, and that they don't do it at the end of the month after the 180th day like all the other companies. Is this true, or are they just using their pressure tactics? Or does it go into their charge-off department at day 181 before official charge off at the end of the month?

My wife and I are sadly just starting down the debt settlement road and I have a question about investment property in Texas. Like many of you, our work situation has drastically changed, and will not change for the better in the next few years. I have my homestead, but we bought a small house for my elderly mother to live in close to us about three years ago. We of course still owe on it. And we have a small adjacent piece of land next to it that we own outright with a friend of ours. We have no intention of selling either. We bought these properties to keep, not to invest.

I live in FL and have a $500 payday loan w/them but I didn't realize that at the time the loan extension fee was $150 every pay period (bi-weekly). I've got it down to $130.50, but they are killing me I paid out about $1552.00 already. How can I get a settlement if not all payments stopped and call it way beyond PAID IN FULL?
