I live in NC and after I graduated high school I decided to treat myself to a trip to a european country. My dad split town when i was young and my mom has been raising my little sister on minimum salary job. Needless to say there was no fancy graduation gifts or parties, and until then i had not ever left the country. To make a long story short I maxd a credit card in 2007 and got a regular payments when i returned, lost my job, dropped out of school(temporarily) and have been caught up in the mix ever since.

i dont have past due but i can get out of it .i pay on them but then i have to put more on it to get gas and food

I live in Pennsylvania. I received two payday loans, one from Global Group Holdings and one from SSM Group for $150 each on January 25, 2010 and first due on February 3, 2010. I didn't have the money to pay them at the time and pretty much ignored all of their calls/emails. On March 26 I got an email from NCA (National Credit Adjusters) saying they had my debt and I owed SSM Group $270.00.

I am currently in debt settlement. Can credit card companies take me to court or take my house and my cars. I live in Pa. which they can not garnish in Pa. Can someone give me some feedback

Okay, so I have posted here before regarding this company. Last November, I obtained a loan for $300 plus the finance fee of $90. From November 13, 2009 thru January 22, 2010, I have paid a total of $607.50 through roll-overs and paydowns. I have submitted a request for payment in full to East Side Lenders on three separate occassions and each time they state that I owe them $275. I have submitted complaints to the BBB, FTC and AG on three occassions.

I live in the state of Alabama and I have a couple of payday loans that have me so behind in my bills. I have this loan from Yellowdale. com that I received 200 from about 4 months ago. They are still debiting my account even costing me to pay overdraft fees. I also have a couple of other loans. Times are so hard now that I am having a hard time paying them back. I want to close my bank account, but I don't want my credit damaged. I just don't know what to do. If I were to close my account will I get in an trouble?

I already consolidated my debts with Lifeguard Financials and currently certain amount is automatically deducted from my bank account. I enrolled last August 2009 for consolidation of my debts, I received a civil warrant last July 5, 2010 from the State of Tennessee, County of Rutherford to appear in court on September 7, 2010, am being sued by Bank of America. I have sent a fax to the arbitration department last July 8, 2010 concerning this matter but not received any letter or phone call.

Have anyone ever had a problem with this company continually taking monies out of their account?

I am $3,000 dollars in debt to the IRS because I did'nt know how to fill out my W-2 form correctly. How can I lower my debt or do away with it all together legally ?
