I use my class A rv to commute and stay in while working. My work days are 12.5 hrs with a commute range of 3-6 hrs depending on location . This is why i stay on site in an RV and dont commute. BTW I have used this RV for work(90%) use since 2003. In a chapter 13 or 7 would i likely be allowed to continue to keep the RV if used for this purpose.

I have a credit score of 840 No late payments incl mortgage to date. My live in girlfriend and I have both had our annual incomes reduced by at least 50% 2 yrs ago. Weve supplemented our incomes w/ cc and savings. We have a half dozen or so cr cards totaling about 60K.

I got auto financing cash out approval - 11,000 and I am approved for this loan until Aug 25. This is only way to bring up $$ to settle $23,000 with the creditor. I don't have any $ in savings and my full time job barely meets my living expenses. I missed the 1st payment due 2 weeks ago. I do not want to miss this opportunity because my credit score has not gone downhill yet. I will get my 2nd part time job back in theFall but it wont bring up much $$ in little time and I plan to use my earned $$ to pay back to this loan. Please advise. Thanks.

I received a civil summons today from Javitch, Block and Rathbone for a Beneficial loan that is deliquent about 180 days (amt due approx $7,000). The file date with the clerk's office was 7/2. I had received a letter from the atty firm on 6/19 that I am in the process of writing and mailing a DV letter. The letter was to go out Friday certified mail but I wasn't able to get the post office. It will be going out Monday since my 30 days to reply is not until this week.
