Testyrday i got a call but wasnt home so they left a message with there phone number and name joseph then today actually spoke with them and the guy said i owed 900.00 dollars for a loan i took out in jan 2010 which i no i didnt get, the4 guy said we need to go to court in 2 hours with the money or a arrest warrent will be issued and i will be arrested, the guy had a thick accent and i didnt understand a word he was really saying, i asked him to send me a copy of all paperwork plus the court papares then he started saying things and making threats so i reported them to the ftc and gave the guy

This is a constant battle with my wife and I. Somehow she got $1500 into debt last year. It started off as a $300 credit card (her first credit card at the age of 25) and she did not tell me the limit got raised. Long story short, I was upset but now we are paying it off. Well we have nothing in savings..maybe $300.. which is really not much. My wife puts $10 a week into there but I just found out that whatever she puts in there during the month she takes out and puts towards that credit card debt.

Many will claim that they are an attorney based program, in which they pay an attorney to review your application and approve it but that is it, after that there is no attorney representation for you in the event you get sued. I am thinking about suing a collection agency and need help. Back in March I found out that a Collection Agency reported a debt on all three of my credit reports. I sent this company a Debt Validation letter as well as disputed the debt with all three reporting agencies. I never received any validation from the company yet all three credit reporting agencies reported that the debt was Verified and owing!

I have 4 pay day loans from Loan Shop, CMC Group, Cash Jar and Gobal Group! Cash Jar is cool bc they eventually pay off but Loan Shop has been taking 120 out of my account for over 2yrs now its too much to pay off @ one time though! Does any one know anything about these companies to help me PLEASE!?

I am trying to fix my credit to qualify for a home loan my scores are between 545 and 550 I have all my credit reports and in them I have many CA . I trying to fix this on my own so first I mailed out several DV letters to all negative accts but I did the mistake of sending them by certified mail without signed return slip. I dont know if I should send them again with certified mail receipt or just wait to see who answers. 2nd should I also be sending letters to the credit b.?
