I made an verbal agreement with a collection agency to pay 100 and now I see that only about 15 is going towards balance. Is there anything I can do to stop the agreement.

I Just recieved a phone call from this guy who said I need a lawyer I said for what he said b/c Instant Credit is to take me to court. He said I had a loan for 600.00 which i probably did I ask him for the company name any information so i can contact the company he said i was been charge for fraud, writing a bad check and something else.I don't write bad checks. And how is it fraud for not being able to pay the loan back.

How do you write a proof of service??? its for a summons please help

I just received a call this morning at my work. A Keven Mcclain said he was a Sr. Affidavid Processor. He said I had a cash advance loan taken out on Sept. 2009. He had two personal contacts and my bank acct ending numbers. He said the payday loan was with Advance Cash USA for $400.00 however, the company did not want repayment only to ruin my credibility. The ACS was wanting me to pay them $980.00 for the loan and penalty. I told them that I would have to check with my bank to see if I had really received the funds. I didn't beleive I had, but this is from 2009.

Hello: Has anyone heard of a company called Legacy Asset Management it appears to be a collection agency for payday loan and they keep calling my job with threatening court suits. I have another called ACE which is calling. I have told them not to call because this is a place of business but they continue to do so. How can I stop them from calling also, they are claiming that I owe them more money. Help Laurel Quinones:(

I recently spoke with BOA on my cc that is 120 days late, and just received their first settlement offer of 45% (balance is small). They told me the offer is good for June, then in July it may go lower. It is scheduled to charge off in August; the rep said that that time it could go to an attorney, CA or go to BOA post charge off dept where they would still try to settle. I offered 32% (all that I can afford) but was declined. As I get closer to charge off, I am hoping they will settle for less.

Just wanted to say Hi to all. It's been a pretty busy year for me so far. There have been up's and down's along the way. In Jan. I was having alot of problems with my migraines, but in a way it was a good thing. I had some reactions to a med. they gave me and I ended up in the ER because my blood pressure went through the roof. In an x-ray they took they found a hernia which was life threatening. So I had that fixed in Feb. I finally got back to work in March. Then in April my hubby lost one of his jobs. My daughter had her baby on April 17th.

I will be about 38-41 days late on my vehicle payment with Ford credit this month? Will they issue a repossession if I am 38 days late? I am so stressed out and do not want to be late but am forced to go over the 30 day mark this month. Please any advice????

Hi everyone! I am being sued by David J. Apothaker for Arrow Financial..i do not have a job, can't afford a lawyer, this is the 2nd time they are suing me, I had to borrow the money the last time to fight this and the lawyer the last time cost 400. I need help..should I call the person suing me (David J. Apothaer) to work out some sort of payment plan...i am going to tell him i will find a job , then send in payments. Any help and advice will greatly help! i live in PA
