I am in Tennessee. Is this company licensed?

I have 2 online PDL's and I have paid both in full plus 120 in finance fees. They are Lakota Cash and 500FastCash. I was just curious as to what my options are to stop paying them. Thank You.

I took out a payday loan with 4money and more, I have emailed and called the number on the document I have. The number is no longer in service and the address is not valid. I called the number that was on the question I read about this money and more. I called and it is also no longer in service. I paid to a collection company called NAS for the 300.00 payday loan they said I owed. 1850.00 is what I paid. My daughter had to help me and I am paying her back now. They did not give me a recipt or have the name of the loan, only that it was a payday loan for 300.00.

Is there something that says they need to be able to supply you with your payments? I requested that they send me something that has my payments on it. The lady said I would be able to get it from my bank statement but that she could not supply that information to me.

Hi everyone. Day before yesterday I posted a question as "user" Leembo even though I'm not registered. It was a very long post which took me about 45 minutes from beginning to end, asking for help while explaining our entire situation. Since yesterday I've been looking for my post and it seems to have vanished. There were already a couple of answers but I'd hoped to find a few more. Searching pages on this forum as well as doing multiple searches for my thread did not yield any results.

Signed up with company to consolidate payday loans. Wife and I had 7 loans each and monthly interest was roughly $1000. Just wanted enough time to pay principal. Company said it could set up 9 month payoff. Have sent company almost $4,000 since April 1 and cannot get them to send a statement of our account. Some payday loan companies claim they have heard nothing from consolidation company. Any agency to which I can complain - or any other process I should intitiate:(?
