Is Cash Direct Express /GECC legal in AZ? I've seen different info on this forum. I couldn't find them on the AZ Fin Div site but saw something on the forum that they might be a CSO. Thanks. Kimberlie

I called United Cash Loans to get a physical address to send in a payment of $30. I took out the loan in 11/08 of $300 and payed a total of $270 in fees. I ended up having to close my account because of too many PDLs. Anyway, according to this forum I found out they were illegal and therefore only owe the $30. I called today and they gave me some line about me owing $465 and that they only take visa and mastercard. I didn't go into only owning them $30 but just wanted to send a letter (cease and desist) and the $30 via moneyorder. What is the best way to handle this.

Hello everyone, This is going to be a very long sob story. We're just one step away from bankruptcy and have massive debts (in our opinion) on three of our credit cards. Two of the cards have been personally negotiated by us but we're still not going to be able to cut it. My wife doesn't want to declare bankruptcy under any circumstances and I know that if something doesn't happen pretty soon we'll more than likely be living on the streets by the 1st of September, no kidding! Geeez, how does that work ...

What does CITHC/CBSD MEANS ON MY CREDIT REPORT?

This people are crooks. They sent a letter with a name similar to my family member from an account that I am paying and never been late. On top of that they use 3 names for the person, and so far the only people that use in Spanish more than 3 names are kings or royal family. Should I ignore this letter or complain with the Better Business Bureau?. I called the bank and they don't care if is fraud or not.

Im so glad I found this website. My husband had a PDL with CNU. It was 6 months ago, we have called many times to try and pay them but they say it has been sold to a 3 party. We were contact my Giove law firm and found out they were a fake. Now we have been contacted by a company called national credit works which I have read about on here. Ms Peterson called and wanted the money within a week, she made threats to sue and even for a warrant to be issued. She said they tried to send the payment thru our acct that we had the PDL thur and that it did not clear so she will be issuing a warrant.

Hello, I am new here and I currently have three PDL's. One store front one called Cashland that I have recently went on an extended payment plan with and I fully intend to pay off. I am in Indiana. The other 2 are internet loans through Integrity Advance and Ace Cash Services. Are these 2 companies legal in IN?

Hello, I live in IN and have three pd loans. One store front that I have recently went on an extended plan with. I know this one is legal and plan to pay it back in 4 payments. I also have a loan with Integrity cash advance $744 bal. and Ace Cash Services $336 bal. both are internet loans.

:mad:Allied Interstate garnished my state income tax refund for a debt that I am unsure of where it originates, it may very likely be mine or may not be just the same. However, Allied Interstate does not appear anywhere on my credit report. They have informed me that they will continue to garnish my state income taxes up until they get $7,000.00 from me. Is this legal? What can I do to stop them from garnishing my money? Please help?!
