Hi i have a account with Flobridge and i had to close my bank account. I had Ameriloan, Flobridge, CIC, and Intergity Advance... I got sick and now im way tapped out. Flobridge wants me to owe them 467.12 from 135.00?? How is that? Now they have me on a Wage Garnishment. How can i stop them from that?? Would like to have some help thanks! Im from Arizona.

If ter seven years the items fall off your credit report, then why pay them?

Will the items on your credit report remain there forever? Or will they eventuall go away and be forgotten about?

I recieved a letter from Northland Group for collection of $856.00 from an old Wal-Mart account that was closed by wal-mart in good standing at that time to the best of my recollection. I live in Arkansas. How many years back can someone go back to collect a debt? I have recievied NO notifications from Wal-Mart at any time.

If you are unemployed what can they do to collect?

I don't know where to begin. I guess I'll begin by saying I'm tired of dealing with these people. It started mid May where I got the first phone call at work. I told them then that I cannot accept personal phone calls at work and I gave them my cell phone number, told them that's the only number they can contact me at. The guy said he would make a note on my account. They told me their 'client' is ready to take me to court if I don't pay what I owe them. He gave me the amount and said the last payment I made to them was in January of 2009.

I live in Arkansas and have gotten myself into a online pdl spiral! Due to my daughter being in the hospital...she's a heart and kidney patient...and some fraud, I decided to close my account and just pay them out.

Marval & Associates are now posing as Jacobson & Associates... I received a phone call on my voice mail at work as well as my cell phone from an "Agent Nash" who informed me I needed to call him or have my criminal attorney call him immediately to make a statement ... I had a payday loan that I wasn't able to pay back then only reason I knew was for this as he needed to speak to 2 people I used as a reference ... how legal is it for a collection agency to say they are with the police dept from my county calling in from a totally different state?
