I went down to local our clerk to pick up a copy of the summons. The debt is from original credit (citi bank) . Sad part is I agree to all the claims plaintiff is making. Anyways, I called the law office and their willing to settle as monthly payment. If I end up settling debt by law am I require to response to the summon ?
