Hi and thanks for this terrific resource. I received a few days ago as many have a loan transfer from Cash Call to Delbert. The loan was originally WS. Today I received notice that payment will be withdrawn ACH via Delbert.

I have been asking a bill collection agency, that's been calling the house to validate a bill that I owe so i can see how much it is and make arrangments for it. It looks like an itemized sheet, of my diagnosis, the date i was treated and what i was treated for including my diagnosis. They also sent a form that I signed for consent to be treated. I had assumed, that regarding Hippa, they are not allowed to view my diagnosis/treatment and consent forms? Why is this allowed and can they do this?

Here's my situation. I Currently dealing with 6 payday loans. My bank wouldn't let me close my checking account and open a new one due to my past. I'm a nervous wreck now. Two weeks ago, I did put a ACH block on all my payday loans and it worked. I'm just afraid they might use a diffferent name for my next paydate and still get money out of my account! I'm also nervous because the lenders have not contacted me about this.

so someone called my place of work and gave them a case number and a phone number. i googled the case number and nothing came up, is it possible they just lied? i have defaulted on some loans but i'm not sure if the case number is real or not, maybe i just didnt do the right thing to find it? i know these guys will lie thru their teeth to scare us, just wondering.

Thanks to the info on this board, I have been able to fight back against WS/CC. I revoked my ACH back at the beginning of the summer, and filed a complaint with the State of NJ Department of Banking and Insurance. A few weeks after filing my complaint, I received a call from an investigator, telling me the State is looking into it. I never thought I would hear back after that. Today I received a call asking me to forward my loan documents to him as the Attorney General is planning on filing in court soon.

I know they are licensed in the state of Ohio, but for a reasonable interest rate, they are charging 249% per a call with them last week. I have emailed them a cease and desist notice 4x as I have paid $690.75 on a $400 loan. I have blocked the ACH's out of my accounts. They replied that it isn't a payday loan but an installment loan, and now I am unable to access my account on-line to review the paperwork. I just received a call that they are going to start wage garnishments with a court order. Can they do this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

So I've taken a couple of loans out from My Cash Now over the past year and have overpaid by $1000's on all of them. The last loan I took out was for $2000 back in December of 2012. I've been slowly repaying them back when I can (just the principal). I owe like $345 left on just the principal. My question is now that My Cash Now is out of business should I even bother repaying the rest since I've overpaid them in the past? Or should I just tell them to get bent since they've gotten enough money.

Is there a known address for these idiots? I've over paid them and have stopped them from messing with the bank and of course they threaten with their internet fraud warnings. They give you an email to reply to which is paymentspecialists@mywebfunds.com. It immediately bounces back. Normally you can email them at support@mywebfunds.com but coincidentally, that comes back as well. Not scared of them, but I'd like a way to bark back.

Well it's official, Western Sky will no longer be giving loans starting Sept 3rd. My home state Michigan is suing and I hope this is FINALLY the demise of WS/CC. Check WS website and all the articles online.... Western Sky no more!!
