I am a victim of CACH. have read numerous complaints how this agency does such horrible things to obtain judgments. how do i write an opposition to the motion or where can i find some kind of template. biggest opposition: they claim charge off 03/28/08 and they purchased debt, but they attach a credit card statement from the ORIGINATOR with a payment due date 04/16/08. this is so bogus it is disgusting.

Do you have Kingston Financial's Fax Number. I need it to consolidate my loans. Everytime I call they ask me for my social security number. I owe $289. And they charge me $89 on every check. Since I have other bills I found a company that will charge me $150. per check for 6 months and I will pay less interest. And that will cover all my loans. I added up the total of what I owe and I might end up paying about $300 in iterest. I still save because I have been paying for months fees without paying the principal. Do you have their fax #. The company that will help me consolidate need this info.

I am in texas and can anyone tell me if cash central online is legal and if so what can i do on a past due loan with them also is chech n title legal , it is a store front and i went in and gave them a check on a $500 loan and i paid interest only for about 8 times . ... I received a call from this collection agency yesterday afternoon. They called me at work! Anyways, as stated in a previous post, they said they are representing East Side Lenders. I took out a loan from East Side Lenders back in October 2009 for $300, plus the $90 fee; total $390. Through roll-overs and paydowns I paid them $607.50. Alliance is stating that I owe $410. I just received another call from them (at work) and when I told them not to call me anymore, they said "I take it you refuse to pay the debt?" I said "yes".

Hi. I lost my full time job about a year ago and have only managed to pick up a couple of temporary jobs since. So of course my wife and I are struggling to make our mortgage payments. We received a "notice of intent to accelerate" from BofA after falling behind a month and a half. Basically stating that if we don't cure on or before June 16th they will foreclose. We're presently in the review stage of a modification with BofA and have been waiting for months on an answer.

I apologize for the length of this post but I want to provide the necessary documentation for someone to give informed advice. We have a debt that we fell behind on. We foolishly ignored calls from the creditor hoping to rebound and re-assume our payment schedule and get caught up. This went on for approximately 4 months. The situation escalated and the creditor used an attorney to file in our local jurisdiction for judgement. We contacted the attorney's office and were granted an extension for the hearing by issuing a payment of $500 in good faith.
