I just want to consolidate all my debts into one debt!! How cana I do this without hurting my credit score.

I have a debt from my younger years back in 2003. I opened a cell phone contract with my friend naively, but ended up having a friend's parents take over the phone shortly after. Needless to say, there's a meager $47 owed on the account that has since been charged-off. Now correct me if I'm wrong, the SoL is 7 years before the debt cannot impact my credit score any longer. I'm just not sure where the 7 year time frame begins. Additionally, on my credit report it shows 2 negative accounts. One being a closed account with the CA showing past due and closed on 8/1/08.

What if I have only been in my home for 7 months?

Hello, I am entering in the debt settlement process and am curious to see if anyone in this forum has had success with debt settlement while still having a job. I know the CC's like to see you have no income but I was curious to what stories people have of being able to settle their cards for below 40% with a job/income. Thanks in advance!! Rebecca

Has anyone ever been bothered at work or home from a company called Affiliated Consolidaton Services? I have... they called and stated that I had an outstanding account for a loan in 2008 and this company has hired them to get the money back from me...I called the company and they stated that NO THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF AFFILIATED CONSOLTATION SERVICES!! & that they did not hire them to collect any money at all. the number for ACS is: 914-371-6826? So, I called the phone company and did a reverse switch search...this number is a cell number and is not registared...humm sound fishy?

In South carolina can a debtor garnash my wages or make me sale my property to pay them ? I need help now
