i am trying to find out info about DMA Financial, Beacon and Namakan. They keep charging my account just the processing fee but not only on my pyadays. they do it almost every other day and this overdrew my account badly. can anyone please help?!?!?

I just listened to a message on my cell phone from a keith saying he was from Jason Evans office at 877-651-0753 x120. When I called the number a ken answered the phone and I asked for extension 120 and he said that there is no 120 and then I ask for keith and he said this is he and then in the conversation he said his name was ken. I asked him if he was an attorney and he said no but he was going to refer this to an attorney. Then he started asking why I was not paying, he said that it was inmoral not to pay and just got really nasty.

I'm having an issue with a bad check restitution program. Yes, I owe the money. Here is the issue: I live in PA and one day I opened the mailbox and I saw several letters with the return address reading Beaver County District Attorney Bad Check Restitution Program. That angered me because yes I do owe the money and yes I will pay the money back but how can they legally publish like that? One bad mistake I made should not be made public knowledge even if only my mailman saw it. Second issue: The check was for $200 and some change. This place is charging me $421.99.

I have recently been contacted by javitch block rathbone. They received a default judgment, now they are contacting me again is this legal. I didn't answer and no message was left. Can I be sued twice for the same debt? I should say I have never paid on this defaulted judgment. Is this the reason for the contact? Any help greatly appreciated.

I got a letter from Advanced Call Center Technologies on behalf of JC Penney Credit Card and I wanted to know if anyone has contact information on this Tennessee collection agency. I refuse to work with any collection agency and I want to fax them a Cease and Desist Letter and inform them that I choose to only deal with the creditor DIRECTLY. If anyone has a fax number, that would be great! Save me a stamp. *s*

Hello. A couple of weeks ago, I got a warrant from Asset Acceptance on behalf of Capital One Bank for an old credit card debt of 695.00. The debt has not passed the SOL in my state. I can pay most of it, but I'm frightened of going to court and I have no idea what is going to happen. I've never been to court before for something like this. I got behind on my bills for the last couple of years trying to help my mom, as well as grandmom with Alzheimer's disease, with paying for some of their medical expenses. Could any of you give me some advice or tell me what to expect?

I am looking for SPECIFIC information on who the ACH processor for Ameriloan and Cash Jar are. I looked through the thread that i was lead to prior but I cant find exact info. always says, "I think" or "it was". do you know who the ACH processor is for these two companies? If so, I would GREATLY appreciate their names and phone numbers if you have it. These are the only two loans I cant seem to get off my back and need some help. Ameriloan I borrowed $400 and paid $240. (so I still owe $160), and Cash Jar I borrowed $400 and have paid $400.

I did apply for a payday loan online. Not with DJR group. I have never heard of them. I had to go close my account and deal with all that entails. I want an email address to contact them. Can anyone help me???
