does debt settlement make it impossible for me to get access to credit in the future?

I have some unpaid medical bills that were sent to a collection agency.I requested validation o one for $110.00 and they sent me back a list of lab services performed but nothing with my signature on it or any original contract where I agreed to be responsible for these bills.I am sick and weak and it has been over 30 days since they sent me the valiadation and I am just now having the chance to read them and realized my signature is nowhere to be found.Is this proper validation?

i received a call from this agency saying i got a two hundred dollar loan in a credit union account that is closed. i asked the reps for a number for them they wouldnt give me any information. the employment and address was wrong but my ss number and name was correct. what should i do?

I have 4 payday loans that I would like to consolidate through a debt counselor and pay off. I am currently with a debt settlement company and not very happy with them. I had to pay huge fee upfront and nothing is happening. I feel I need to drop out of that and get into a debt management program that will start paying these loans back. I need some advise, please!! I had a payday loan from a couple of years ago from a business that went under. An employee stole a lot of money causing us to have to close the bank acct. I hadn't heard from the payday loan co until they called yesterday at work and when I got back to work later in the afternoon they had faxed paperwork to my work. I told the lady when she called I couldnt have calls at work and I'd have to call her back in the evening. After we hung up is when they must have called back to get the fax #. They're calling it the "bad check" deal, can they harrass me at work?
